Shipping Policy
Our process time is 1-2 business days, you will receive a delivery date at time of checkout. Once your purchase is processed you will receive an email with tracking number, shipping time begins once your order is scanned at Post Office not when you receive the tracking number. We ship Monday-Friday. Please verify your mailing, and email address are correct.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
If you have missing items or have received the wrong item, you can contact us at info@sps-creations.com We will promptly replace any missing items and/or exchange for the correct item. Wrong item must be returned.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your package will have $100 insurance coverage, if merchandise is damaged you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
